Refund policy
We want you to feel completely confident in your choice of Evimore gear. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
To initiate a return process, kindly send us an email at hello@evimore.com.au.
Do note that you are responsible for all costs associated with the return of your products, and all refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. The condition of returned items will be at the discretion of the exchange department upon receipt, and items must be in saleable condition to qualify. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@evimore.com.au.
What's not eligible for return?
We cannot offer returns on pre-ordered items sold at a discount and/or products marked "final sale."
Faulty or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at hello@evimore.com.au within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Use a trackable shipping service; we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
