Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of receipt from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All parcels are sent with Signature on Delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions for collection or redelivery, depending on your local courier service.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Express shipping is available for $25.

Estimated Delivery Times
• Standard shipping: 2–6 business days to major cities on the East Coast
• Regional areas and Western Australia may take longer
• Express shipping: 1 business day to major cities for orders placed before 1 pm AEST

International Shipping (New Zealand)

We offer free standard shipping to New Zealand. Express shipping is available for $25.

• Standard shipping: 4–7 business days to metro areas
• Express shipping: 2–5 business days

Other International Destinations

At this time, we only deliver to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
