Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All parcels are sent with Signature on Delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions for collection or redelivery, depending on your local courier service.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within Australia. Express shipping is available for $40.

Estimated Delivery Times
• Standard shipping: 2–6 business days to major cities on the East Coast
• Regional areas and Western Australia may take longer
• Express shipping: 1–2 business days to major cities for orders placed before 1 pm AEST

International Destinations

At this time, we only deliver to customers in Australia.
